Whiff Tray Decanting Policy

At Whiff Tray, we are committed to delivering the authentic fragrance experience in a responsible, hygienic, and transparent manner. Please read our decant policy to understand how we operate and maintain the highest standards in every drop.

1. Authenticity Guarantee

• We only use 100% original, factory-sealed designer and niche perfumes purchased from authorized retailers or distributors.
• We do not sell or promote fake, inspired oils, clone, or counterfeit products.
• Our decants are taken directly from full-sized bottles and transferred into smaller atomizers.

2. Hygiene & Safety

• All decanting is done in a clean, controlled environment.
• Each atomizer is brand new and used only once per customer.
• Bottles and pipettes used in the process are cleaned properly between each use.

3. Decant Sizes

• Available decant sizes may include: 3ml, 5ml, 10ml, 15ml, and 25ml.
• We use high-quality atomizers and glass bottle to preserve the fragrance integrity.
• Product labels will include the fragrance name and size.

4. Packaging & Delivery

• All decants are securely packed using bubble wrap and padded mailers or boxes.
• We strive to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
• Delivery is available throughout Bangladesh via trusted courier partners.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We sell decants — perfumes transferred from the original sealed bottle into smaller bottles for you. Once a decant is prepared for your order, it cannot be reused or resold, even if unopened, as it is no longer in the original manufacturer’s packaging. This is why order rejections or returns are not possible unless there is a mistake from our side.
• If your item arrives damaged or there is an error in your order from our side, you must return it immediately to the delivery person with proof (photo/video). If the delivery person leaves, no return or refund will be accepted.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges once the box has been opened or the product has been used.
• Return requests based on your change of mind or mood will not be accepted under any circumstances.

6. Customer Assurance

• We value your trust and work hard to ensure each decant is true to the original fragrance.
• Our goal is to let you experience the scent before investing in a full bottle.

• All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
• Our decants are for sampling and personal use only, not for resale.
